Shape the Outcome: Negotiation, Influence, and Conflict for Leaders
When authority is not enough, learn to negotiate strategically, influence effectively, and move complex decisions forward.
Description
Leaders negotiate every day, often without calling it negotiation. They negotiate priorities, resources, expectations, commitments, change, and competing definitions of what success should look like. And the most consequential situations are rarely simple. They involve relationships that matter, competing interests, organizational dynamics, and stakeholders who may have very different priorities.
Shape the Outcome is a highly experiential two-day program designed to help leaders become more deliberate and effective in those moments.
Through challenging simulations, facilitated debriefs, practical frameworks, and application to real workplace situations, participants learn how to prepare strategically, claim and create value, navigate conflict, influence without authority, and lead when multiple stakeholders are shaping the outcome.
The program builds progressively from the fundamentals of strong negotiation preparation and one-on-one bargaining to value creation, conflict, influence, and complex multi-party situations. Participants leave with practical tools they can apply immediately to consequential conversations and decisions.
